If a source disagrees with a page, the source is right — tell us and we will correct the page.

Report an error

Send the country page, the line you believe is wrong, and the official source that says otherwise. Reports are answered within 5 working days, and confirmed corrections are applied to the page.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on visa eligibility, application status, fees or appointments. Those questions belong to the issuing authority linked at the top of every country page.

Tell us which country and document you need. Requests are worked through in order of demand, and a page appears only once an editor has read the authority’s own document.
